Scriba, N.Y. - A fire and exploding propane tanks severely damaged a house in Oswego County this week, firefighters said. The Scriba Fire Department responded to 499 Route 51A at around 2:46 p.m.
Based on a preliminary investigation, authorities believe the fire may have started due to unattended outside burning. No one was hurt.
