The Indiana House is set to approve a radical reshaping of the state's congressional district boundaries Friday, with barely any direct public input on the new maps.

The city of Valparaiso and the Indianapolis-based contractor American Structurepoint are seeking community input on plans for a new roundabout along Silhavy Road.
