新京报讯（记者 刘思维）1月14日下午，国内首起AI服务提供者涉黄获刑案在上海市第一中级人民法院二审开庭。新京报记者获悉，因本案涉及人工智能领域的技术问题尚不明晰，法院宣布休庭，将择日再次开庭。
