Enclave Cos. has purchased the site of the former Macy's furniture store along France Avenue in Edina as part of its plan to build apartments, office and retail spaces and more.

MRP Industrial's portfolio includes 60 buildings totaling more than 26 million square feet. The Charlotte office will pursue projects ranging from 100,000 to over one million square feet.
