速叠杯运动能否达标？青少年中高强度体力活动(MVPA)能耗阈值研究

来自多学科团队的研究人员通过便携式间接测热法(COSMED K5)和加速度计(ActiGraph GT3X+)评估了速叠杯运动(Speed Stacking)能否达到中高强度体力活动(MVPA)标准。研究发现单纯速叠杯运动未能满足MVPA的代谢当量(METs)阈值，但与跑步结合的混合模式可使METs显著提升至5.1±1.2。
