Manage Script Templates
This feature was there since the beginning of Unity, but a bit broken. I fixed it in 2017.1. It is still not ideal, but at least something. I recommend just copy-pasting the entire ScriptTemplates folder from the install folder to Assets, so you get all of them, and changing them as you see fit. You can also create new ones.
