On August 28 2003 46yearold pizza delivery driver Brian Wells entered a PNC Bank in Erie Pennsylvania with a shotgun disguised as a cane and a metal collar bomb strapped around his neck He handed over a note demanding 250000 But this wasnt a simple robberyit was a twisted scavenger hunt Police caught Wells outside the bank He claimed hed been forced to rob it by a group who attached the device and gave him instructions Officers handcuffed him backed away and called the bomb squad 25 minutes late
