If the hinge on your mailbox breaks, there’s no need to buy a new mailbox. You can fix the hinge easily. Just remove the decorative trim or face plate on the front by unscrewing the screws around the inside border. Remove the trim, and then put a screw and bolt in the hinge and tighten.
