On March 19, 1995 the inaugural WCW Uncensored took place from the Tupelo Coliseum in Tupelo, Mississippi. In the main event, WCW World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan (with The Renegade) took on Big Van Vader (with Ric Flair) on a Leather Strap Match. Before Uncensored, Hogan's manager Jimmy Hart was kidnapped and tied up at an undisclosed location by Vader and Flair.
