👩‍💻 It's Ada Lovelace Day - a time to celebrate the incredible work of the ICR's #WomenInSTEM! Ada Lovelace is considered to be the world’s first computer programmer. Nearly 200 years ago she wrote her first computer programme and made her mark on computing history. Dr Claire Lynn, a bioinformatician in the Evolutionary Genomics and Modelling Team, shares more about her bioinformatics job at the ICR, how Ada inspires her and also gives advice to young women interested in this field. #AdaLovela
