Saw @littletfitness do this challenge a while ago and figured it was finally time for me to hop on. If you’ve been here for a while, you already know I’ve been doing this reverse split variation for years, and I love any challenge that tests control in this position.💪🏽🤭 Something I’ve noticed a lot with this challenge is when people hit that middle point, they push the front leg forward to get into the split. Instead of progressing by adding weight every week I decided to progress by adding depth to my squat by elevating my front foot a little higher each time.
