This is classic supraspinatus pathology and is increasingly common as we age! This muscle is part of the rotator cuff so we want to make sure to do some external rotation, then hit the posterior shoulder with some pull aparts & of course we have to hit the supraspinatus itself by doing some lateral raises. Tendons don’t like to be loaded everyday, they need a day of rest in between sessions, so I recommend doing these every other day to begin the healing process! These are phase 1 basics and aft
