So many people have been asking us about swamp cabbage (heart of palm) that we finally took the time to video on how we cut them and cook them. There are tons and tons of differnt ways to eat these palm trees. one of my newest favorites is the way we had it last night. uncooked in a vinegrette. happy cutting to you all.
