The Triple Frontier is the tri-border area along the junction of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, where the Iguazú and Paraná rivers converge. The Three Borders landmark is composed of three structures, one in Foz do Iguaçu, one in Ciudad del Este and this one in Puerto Iguazú.
