We baled cornstalks today. These bales are used to bed the pigs in hoop barn and our outdoor gestation sows. Cornstalks are not my favorite bedding for pigs. I like straw better. We do not mow these stalks first, we use the twin rake, set it a little higher and rake the loser stalks and husks.
