Refining exercises to make the better all around or just fit an individual goal is something we @n1.education have been leading the industry in for nearly a decade. Sometimes a small change can make a big difference. Is my version of this exercise going to cause 5x more growth than what @cbum is doing in the video? Of course not, that’s not how hypertrophy works especially at this level. But may it provide a little bit better results, at the simple cost of just standing at an angle… I think so.
