Who else loves making Peanut Brittle #homemade 😁 #peanutbrittle #candy #sweet #easyrecipe Peanut Brittle 1 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Corn Syrup 1/4 C. Water 1 1/2 C. Raw Peanuts 1 TBS. Butter 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 tsp. Baking Soda In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat add Sugar, corn syrup, and water and mix occasionally til mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling DO NOT STIR, let boil for 1-2 minutes. Next mix in peanuts and bring back to a boil. Using a candy thermometer to check temperature reaching 300°
