270kg squat fail 😖 I was going for 3 reps, and I definitely felt strong enough for it, but half way through the second rep I felt a pop in my right quadricep. I even felt like I could have kept pushing and I’d have gotten that rep up but I’ve had these little mishaps before and as soon as I felt it pop, I dumped the bar. I feel like it was only a minor strain and I’ll be back squatting again soon. I suppose I’ll keep pushing my deadlifts forward until I’m ready to squat heavy again. #squats @cu
