If you grew an abundance of garlic, this is a great way to preserve them. 🧄🧄🧄✅ Slice cloves thinly to 1/8”. The use of fans inside also helps to expedite this , once dried, I could store them until powdering time . Since no harsh heat is used less of those garlic flavours are destroyed in the process.
