Jew's ear, Wood ear, Jelly ear, Auricularia Auricula judae. Even if you're 100% sure of your identification, you have to ask yourself - is this a safe place to forage from? This is an edible mushroom but it's growing on wood that is treated and is painted so this mushroom would derinitely not be used for the pot.
