Welcome to part 8 of my screen porch build! Wrapping the 6x6 pressure treated posts with a 1/2” PVC wrap. These wraps come in predetermined lengths with four sides that are mitered and keyed. Before installing you lay a one part PVC glue in the miter so when they are installed there is a strong uniform bond at the seams. Once in place, I use cortex screws to lock them in. You can notch these wraps however you like! I even did the king posts with a wrap as well. The four panels are held together
