Jules César soi-même avait utilisé un code secret pendant la guerre des Gaules. C’était pas la machine énigma, mais ça faisait fait le taf comme on dit. Monsieur César décalait de trois positions les lettres de l’alphabet. De là sorte, si les Gaulois interceptaient le message, outre qu’il était écrit en latin, il ressemblait à du charabia.
