If the lying hamstring curl is taken at your gym, perhaps the glute ham raise can be a great substitution to still train the hamstrings via knee flexion. Keep in mind the movement is quite difficult, so external loading is likely not needed... if anything a lil bit of assistance may help to decrease the difficulty. #fitness #gym | Tyler Path
