Place on a single layer on racks or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper if you are using your oven. ✅ Food Dehydrator: Set to 145 F for 6 hours or so. The use of fans inside also helps to expedite this , once dried, I could store them until powdering time . Since no harsh heat is used less of those garlic flavours are destroyed in the process.
